Behind Hidlay's success stands Coach Jamill Kelly, a luminary in the wrestling community. An Olympic silver medalist from the 2004 Athens Games, Kelly has dedicated his post-competitive career to nurturing and developing wrestling talent across the nation. His coaching journey has seen him in pivotal roles at esteemed institutions such as Arizona State, Stanford, NC State, Cal Poly, Harvard, and the University of North Carolina .Currently, Kelly serves as the head coach of the Wolfpack RTC, where he continues to mentor athletes, instilling in them the values of discipline, perseverance, and excellence . His guidance has been instrumental in shaping Hidlay's post collegiate career, providing the strategic insight and motivation necessary to excel on the international stage.
